information is the calorie king site. While most of the information on the site
is developed for weight loss for adults, if you click on to the food database
section, you can enter the name of a food or food category (e.g. bread, milk)
and obtain the nutrition information including carbohydrate content. You can
also adjust the serve size information for each food. The calorie king link is

You may also find that food manufacturer’s websites are
useful for accessing the nutrition information of commercially available
products and takeaway foods.
