Question: my son has just been diagnosed with diabetes we were wondering if there are any camps coming up in tassie,as would think it would do him the world of good to be around other kids with this too as we dont know any one else with this

Thank you for your question to the forum.

Here in NSW we have 2 camps per year for your age group. They are held at Morissett in the January and July school holidays each year for 8 -13 year olds.

Just let us know if you are interested in attending one of these.

Camps are held in other states also. It's probably best to contact Diabetes Australia-Tasmania for camps in your state at:
