Australian Diabetes Council is Australia’s largest charity organisation for people with diabetes and we rely heavily on the generosity of a caring community to continue our vital work. Our core business is the management, detection and prevention of diabetes.

As Australia’s oldest charity we have been working hard for over 70 years to provide vital support to the largest member base in the country.

Australian Diabetes Council is non-political and receives a small annual grant from State Government. We are 60 per cent self-funded and rely heavily on the support of our members and supporters. With member support, Australian Diabetes Council is able to offer programs and services that make a world of difference to all people living with diabetes in NSW.

Australian Diabetes Council assists all people of all ages with diabetes and at risk of diabetes.

Our newly launched website, www.australiandiabetescouncil.com. provides access to the latest news, research,events and advice and has an increased focus on member interaction and support.

The website www.diabeteskidsandteens.com.au is a subsidiary of the Australian Diabetes Council and is overseen by Australian Diabetes Council health professionals.
